Humans hesitate, get scared, and make decisions within five seconds. In that 5-second decision, you have a choice to make.
If you constantly procrastinate or skip things you know you need to do your life will reflect it. The 5-Second rule is a starting ritual to help you get moving and take action.
The next time you feel yourself hesitating use the 5-second rule by counting backward 5-4-3-2-1 and start moving.
Maybe you’re avoiding a call, email at work or hitting the snooze button when you should be working out.
